Sukhdeep Kaur Bedi | Kindergarten Assistant Teacher
Ms. Bedi joined Cascadia in 2026, bringing over 13 years of experience working with children.
What she loves most about working in a school setting is the natural curiosity of children, their unique perspectives on the world around them, and the infectious energy of the classroom.
Outside of school, Ms. Bedi enjoys learning new languages (she is already fluent in four: English, German, Hindi, and Punjabi), immersing herself in different cultures and traditions, and exploring new cities. She finds joy in practicing yoga and Bhangra dance, and has a fondness for mild, cool mornings, which is why the months of October–November and February–April are especially dear to her. That said, spring is her favorite season, as she loves the burst of color it brings.
When she needs a break from her routine, Ms. Bedi enjoys binge-watching TV shows and getting creative in the kitchen with her daughter.
