Philip Keeton | Co-Head of School, Strategy & Operations
Mr. Keeton joined the Cascadia team back in 2017. He had previously spent ten years in executive management within the international development sector working on access to education and women’s empowerment. Mr. Keeton's favorite aspect of his job is leading a team of passionate educators, helping them to empower children to reach their full potential. Once a week, he takes a break from headship duties to teach fifth-grade civics and instill in his students the importance of citizenship and creating a more equitable society. Beyond his work at Cascadia, he holds the position of Chair of the Board at Hope for Life, an organization dedicated to addressing youth homelessness in Rwanda. During his free time, Mr. Keeton enjoys skiing, hiking, fishing, SUP boarding, and surfing. His next goal is to teach his children mountaineering skills so they can all climb Washington's five volcanoes together.
