Colette Fahning | Aftercare Program Coordinator
Ms. Colette has been with Cascadia since 2025 and brings over ten years of experience working in aftercare and enrichment programs. What she loves most about aftercare is watching in real time as students become familiar and comfortable with the program’s routine and seeing them enjoy what it offers them: a safe and enriching place to thrive. It is deeply fulfilling for her to know that students can be their true, authentic selves in aftercare and feel excited to be there because of the structure, activities, and experiences the aftercare team provides.
Ms. Colette is currently pursuing her master’s degree in Learning Sciences and Human Development at UW. In her free time, she loves hiking, camping, and reading. Last year she read 48 books and is hoping to reach 50 this year! She also enjoys playing video games with her husband, trying new foods, and dancing, especially ballet. She shares her home with four cats and one dog, loves a good cup of coffee, and will never say no to a plate of spaghetti.
