Sally Brucker | Art Director, 3rd-5th Grade Associate Teacher
Mrs. Brucker joined Cascadia in 2001, first as an art teacher and then later adding on her role as Associate teacher for the upper grades, in addition to continuing as Art Director. In her experience teaching at a variety of schools, Cascadia is THE school where she feels like she is truly part of a family. She loves to watch students, teachers, and families learning and growing together and helping her students reach their milestones. While her favorite subject is art of course, she has recently become passionate about history and civics as well. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, travel, genealogy and food. She would love to travel to New Zealand someday and would like to master an old skill, playing the trumpet. Some of her guilty pleasures include anything with chocolate and peanut butter, Nacho Cheese Doritos, Coke, movie theater popcorn, and visiting old cemeteries.
