We are excited to get to know you and your child more during this process, and are here to answer any questions you may have during the process. The application is done through Ravenna and when ready, you’ll need to create an account with them, which you’ll be prompted to do when you apply.

Prior to applying, we strongly urge families to tour our school so you can get the chance to see our school in action, hear from our Head of School and student ambassadors, and have the opportunity to ask any questions you might have.

We offer weekly tours of our campus starting October 12, 2023.

Key Application Dates

  • February 19, 2024 — Preliminary Application deadline

  • February 26, 2024 — Parent & student interview deadline

  • March 1, 2024 — All supplemental forms due

  • March 7, 2024 — Admissions decision letters sent to all applicants

Pre-K & Kindergarten Requirements

For all families applying to Pre-K or Kindergarten, the following steps and forms will be required before an admissions determination will be made.

  • Preliminary application + $75 fee*

  • Family profile form

  • Parent statement

  • Preschool evaluation form

  • Parents & student interview

*$75 application fee may be reduced or waived for families who qualify for financial aid.

1st-4th Grade Requirements

For all families applying to 1st-4th grade (we do not admit new students into our 5th grade program), the following steps and forms will be required before an admissions determination will be made.

  • Preliminary application + $75 fee*

  • Family profile form

  • Parent statement

  • Current teacher evaluation form

  • School records for current and previous year

  • Past standardized test results (if available)

  • Parents & student interview
